Extraction of welding smokes and dust from manual plasma cutting, grinding, sanding, cutting, deburring, polishing
The BA downdraft bench is designed for the extraction and the separation of particles present in non-oily welding smokes and dust generated by welding processes, manual plasma cutting, grinding, sanding, cutting, deburring, and polishing. A metallic filter captures any chips and debris that might reach the fan impeller and cause irreparable damage to the plant. BA benches allow a wide variety of applications thanks to the wide range of sizes and accessories. Not suited for liquid nor paint.

Structure
The BA downdraft bench has a solid modular structure. The galvanized steel slats that compose the worktop can be removed and adjusted according to specific works. Extraction of fumes and dust happens from the worktop and from the rear panel. The side panels can be removed to allocate bigger workpieces.
