The purchaser must verify within 8 days of delivery the correspondence of the supply to the product requested by him. After this term, no dispute can be raised on the mismatch of the product delivered to what was commissioned. All complaints concerning the products delivered and sold must be received by Aerservice Equipments Srl, in writing within eight days of delivery, by registered letter with return receipt. or PEC, under penalty of forfeiture. Claims cannot under any circumstances justify the delay or non-payment. Shortages and damages must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery.
The products purchased by the customer are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee for lack of conformity and/or malfunctions that cannot be detected at the time of purchase. The consumer loses his rights under the legal guarantee if he does not report the lack of conformity to the seller within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect. For purchases made as a company, the guarantee is 12 months from the delivery date.
It is expressly agreed that the guarantee of the company Aerservice Equipments Srl is substantiated in the repair of the supplied product or in the eventual replacement, services which in all respects replace the guarantees provided by law, which are expressly excluded together with the consequent rights to terminate the contract, to compensation for damages or a reduction in the price.
Aerservice Equipments Srl guarantees its products for manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of products that are originally defective; the cost of labour, travel and accommodation expenses for any transfer of the technical staff of Aerservice Equipments Srl, are charged to the customer. The parts to be repaired or replaced must be sent carriage free to Aerservice Equipments Srl. The parts to be repaired or replaced will be delivered to the customer carriage forward after evaluation by our representatives.
In the event that the seller is unable to return a product under warranty to the Customer (restored or replaced), the same may proceed with its consensual replacement with a product of similar or superior characteristics to the disputed one. In cases of replacement under warranty, the Customer is required to ship the defective product at his own expense to the Seller's operational headquarters, sending it to Aerservice Equipments srl, Viale dell'Industria, 24 - 35020 Legnaro (PD).
The goods under guarantee must be returned by the Customer in the original, suitably sealed packaging, complete in all its parts. The Customer is required to keep the original packaging and all additional documentation of the products purchased until the product warranty terms expire.
No damages can be claimed from the seller for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements. If the defect reported does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to art. 129 d. Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer will be charged for the costs of verification, restoration and transport, if supported by the selling company.
The seller assumes no responsibility in case of incorrect installation or improper use of the products. Direct or indirect damages caused by errors or discrepancies in installation or incorrect use, by negligence or incapacity of the user are not guaranteed. The warranty does not cover components subject to wear.
Aerservice reserves the right to modify the technical and dimensional data without notice.
