Use
Laser welding fumes extraction
The mobile fume extractor UNI 2.2 C W3 Laser with cartridge filter is provided with the label of DGUV test and of W3 certification (for welding fumes). It is suited for the extration of laser welding fumes. UNI 2.2 C W3 Laser has got a filtration efficacy in class BIA "M" >99%. It is NOT suited for environments with potential risks of explosion.

STRUCTURE
UNI 2.2 C W3 Laser has got a cabinet in sheet metal, powder painted, with castors and handles for easy moving. The control panel with digital display is provided with alarm log, hour-meter, clogged filter alarm and buzzer and other information about the functionalities of the unit. The pc board is in a separate clean air chamber. The electro-fan is situated downstream of the filter pack, inside an insulated chamber.
Filtration
The filter pack consists of a series of special filters for a final efficacy in class BIA "M" >99%. A double-stage active carbons filter ensures capture of acid and basic fumes as well as SOV. A spark arrestor filter is standard included in the unit UNI 2.2 C W3 Laser .
